Fabrily is a new and exciting clothing company. The products you order from us are not available anywhere else – they are one-of-a-kind items and only available for the brief duration you see on each campaign.
Here we explain exactly how ordering works with Fabrily.
Two Fabrily team members hard at work packaging orders and adding shipping labels
When you place an order, you “reserve” an item. Once the campaign ends (and is successful, i.e. it reaches its goal), we will begin order production. If you visit the campaign page, you will notice there is a “goal” number listed – this is the number of items that must be sold for the campaign to be successful.
When you reserve an item, a verification transaction will appear on your credit/debit card or PayPal account – we use this transaction to verify your account information. That way, when the campaign ends, we will be able to withdraw payment for your order (please note, the verification charge is temporary, and will disappear from your account/paypal within 29 days.)
We do not collect payment for any items until the campaign has ended successfully.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
As soon as the campaign ends, we begin the order production process. You will receive an email notification when the campaign ends to let you know that the order production has begun. We prepare and ship all orders within 10 days after the campaign has ended.
Delivery usually takes about 5 working days to the UK, 14 working days to all European countries, and 30 working days to any other country in the world, including the US and Canada.
Please note: Delivery can also be subject to delays which we do not have any control over. This includes (but is not limited to): customs clearance, weather conditions, and holidays.
CHECK ORDER STATUS
So there you have it! This is how Fabrily works and the process your order goes through before being delivered to you. If you would like to check your order status, you can use our Order Status tool, also found on the Fabrily homepage. We are working on updating this tool to provide even more information about your order – the new updates should be available by the end of April.
If you have any questions about your order you can email us at email@example.com, but please keep in mind we will likely provide the same information to you that is given above; you can use the status tool to see if your order is reserved, in production, or if it has been dispatched and is en route to you.
